Dan Mullen is a CPA, Certified Valuation Analyst, and licensed loan officer who helps real estate professionals, investors, and business owners organize their finances, optimize taxes, and plan smarter. He has worked with hundreds of Realtors®, tax professionals, and investors to clean up their finances, set up better systems, and make confident decisions. Dan lives in Kaysville with his wife and two kids. Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, stand-up comedy, gardening, and (believe it or not) building spreadsheets for fun. He is also the co-author of two best-selling books: "Real Decisions: The Financial Impact of Renting and Owning" and "Reverse Mortgages: The Financial Ugly Duckling."
