Chris was born and raised in Utah and has been working as a Realtor and Broker® since 2003. In 2015, he expanded his reach and moved to San Diego. In 2019 he made a new home in Orlando and open the doors to Sugden Real Estate in 2022.
He has a passion for homes and architecture and takes great pleasure in assisting his clients with one of the largest decisions they will ever make.

Choosing a relational approach versus a transactional approach, Chris has an almost exclusively referral-based business. This fuels his number one objective to do an outstanding job for his clients, for life.
As an investor, he has firsthand experience guiding his clients step by step, whether they are first-time buyers, or seasoned investors.
With a Real Estate Management background, Chris is focused on looking after the details and keeping abreast of the ever-changing market conditions. He connects his clients to anything they need during and after the sale with his expansive database of business owners from many industries.
In his downtime, Chris enjoys traveling, flying planes, listening to music, finding a great new restaurant to visit with his partner, and playing with their 3 dogs.
